A lighthearted TikToker entertained netizens by sharing the outcome of a cosmetic procedure that gave her massive lips and her husband’s reaction to seeing his wife’s new and huge mouth.
In the clip, Whitney Leavitt undergoes “lip blushing,” also known as lip nanopigmentation, a technique that uses mini needles to deposit color and enhance the lip contour. Little did the TikToker know that, at least temporarily, she would have to live with the appearance of someone who had a severe allergic reaction.
Leavitt herself, upon seeing her new lips, compared herself to the character Jeff Fungus from the 2001 Pixar comedy “Monsters, Inc.,” after he attached a scream extractor suction cup to his mouth.
But the funniest part of the video is when Leavitt shows her husband the result of the cosmetic procedure. Upon seeing his wife’s new version, he can’t even hide it; he tries to hold back laughter, but shortly after tells his partner that she looks like a Bratz doll. Leavitt bursts into laughter, showing that she can see the humorous side of the mishap.
Netizens had a good laugh at the situation and didn’t hesitate to comment on the post: “Cancel my lip blush as soon as possible,” wrote one; “I could see her mouth in the reflection of the window behind him,” observed another. Fortunately, Leavitt’s gigantic lips were not permanent; in a clip posted a week later, she already appears with lips of normal proportions.
